Religion affects the ways people live according to rules and regulations of the religion. It can affect things such as the way they dress, the places they go, and they way would react in certain situations. Because of this it affects the culture. Certain ceremonies depending on which religion can set it apart from other setting the culture of it. An example would be the day Christians and Mormans go to their holy place. It can also affect the way people behave, for example Islam people have prayer five times a day and pray in the direction on Mecca.
Religion also affects politically the region. And because it can affect politically of the government the government can affect the way people live and what how they live their daily life depending on the type of government. For and example because the US is mainly christian, things like the pledge have words such as "one nation under god". Also if a government has a religious leader, the leader may have them wear certain things and do certain things. So in conclusion the religion can affect a region politically and socially which leads to the culture of that country.
